21 Auspicious Omen Central Coast (Syrah)

Nose: Red berry nose that is based on dark cherry that appears salty and laced with floral notes of fennel pollen, sweet tobacco, and cream brulee.

Palate: Unctuous dark fruit that has intense size & weight.  Cherry and red berry fruit that turns to darker stone fruit laced with hints of pepper and spice.  Mid Palate turns lush with hints of cranberry that trail into the big sexy finish… The Dominatrix and JLo are definitely in the house!
The best of both worlds. The perfect blend of warm and cool climate Syrah. One vineyard from Los Alamos Santa Barbara and one from the Willow Canyon district on the West Side of Paso Robles. Both the Dominatrix and the J-Lo are well represented here. Big mouthfeel right off the bat on entry, lush dark berry fruit. Layers of red and black are woven into a gorgeous silken tannic structure laced with spice and black pepper that sits deep in the background.  A lush creamy oak finish and lingering pepper notes.
