Tasting Notes
On the Nose: Blueberry layered with red cherry and black fruit with creamy toasted oak
On the Palate: Lush blueberry, boysenberry, dark cherry that flow in layers with currant and spice. The layers of red and black fruit are cascade into firm but sensuous tannic structure that catches you with the soft rich nuances of forest floor and flowing layers of bassy blueberry with hints of black pepper. The silky mouthfeel trails into a creamy oak finish with beachfire lingering smoke.
This is a doorway to antiquity and visions of a better day gone by. Drink with meat on the bone and slow roasted winter stews. Keep warm and share the love.
