On the Nose: Bright pomegranate and cranberry with
hints of red raspberry dancing with cedar box spice
On the Mouth: A berry Bomb! Tart cherry, cranberry,
brambly boysenberry, red raspberry in cascading
layers that hit the palate with vibrant acidity. The wine
turns dark and brooding with provincial herb and hints
of anise and brambly fruit. The racy mouthfeel trails
into a sultry lingerie of toasted oak that leaves you
mouth watering for more.
Pair with anything with red tomato based sauce, or
grilled beef or more gamey meats like Lamb and Elk.
